Masters Against The New Age
Many occupations, which used to be vital for centuries, are becoming obsolete nowadays. Every day, one can witness that a small business of, say a tilemaker, or a pearl processor close their shops for good. Many artisans whose occupations have disappeared or have been forgotten, are forced to quit their professions, albeit because of lack of sufficient income, because of very labour-intensive production which seems out of place in the modern world of speed, without leaving behind an apprentice. Maybe in a matter of just 15-20 years, these professions will be altogether forgotten. This documentary is for the future generations.
