From Safiye To Sofia Stolen Identities

This documentary program ,which includes the assimilation and immigration incidents on the Turkish and Muslim populations living in Bulgaria, was prepared with interviews with more than 200 people in the Project, supported by documents, information, engraving and photographs, as well as archive images, animations ,politburo documents, and news of the period.The program was shot in Sofia, Kardasali, Hasköy, Islimye, Plevne, Silistre, Razgrad, Shumnu, Varna, Nevrekop cities of Bulgaria.Within the scope of the program, Belene Island, which is considered as the island of death, was visited and images were taken from the places where the Turkish people were detained.
